Description
Reveal is an acid-based exfoliator containing 16% AHAs and 2% BHAs, formulated to improve skin tone and promote smoother, hydrated skin. Its no-rinse, alcohol-free formulation can be used under Synergie moisturizers and mineral makeup, without having to wash it off.
Key Ingredients
Lactic acid (AHA) – effectively removes dead skin cells from the skin’s surface to brighten and hydrate dull skin and minimize the appearance of fine lines.
Mandelic acid (AHA) – has beneficial effects on a multiple of conditions, including hyperpigmentation, excess oil and aging. Derived from almonds.
Salicylic acid (BHA) – acts like a bottle brush to remove dead skin cells and debris from congested pores; anti-inflammatory.
Malic acid (AHA) – exfoliates and hydrates to brighten skin, treat congestion and improve the appearance of fine lines and uneven skin tone. Found in apples.
Sodium PCA – a humectant that draws water into the skin and also protects the natural acid mantle of the skin.
Aloe vera – a powerful anti-inflammatory which helps calm acne lesions and skin irritation.
Application
Apply in the morning twice weekly for general exfoliation. May also be combined with Pure-C crystals (1:4 ratio of Pure C : Reveal) as a home ‘mini-peel’ for more robust skin.
Apply daily in the morning if you have a congested, acneic, or thickened skin.
Apply Überzinc or Synergie Minerals foundation as UV protection following Reveal.
Do not mix with Vitamin A or B serums; read why here.

An exfoliator that really gets rid of blackheads!!
ReVeal is an exfoliator and a hydrating serum at the same time. It doesn’t contain microbeads so it doesn’t have to be washed off. It can be applied under other serums such as vitamin C for an extra brightening effect but don’t mix it with vitamin A & B because the latter two are slightly alkaline. The first time I applied the serum to my skin, I felt a slight prickling sensation probably due to the acids but it didn’t cause any redness or irritation. The next morning, I found my skin brighter and smoother after washing my face. Not only that, because this serum got rid of the dead surface skin, so my serums absorbed faster after the exfoliation. My foundation also glided on more smoothly. Unlike some exfoliators, this serum didn’t dry out my skin but hydrated it! In humid weather, I personally find that even just applying ReVeal alone is hydrating enough for my usually dehydrated skin. Because my skin is extremely sensitive so I only used it twice a week. Once before applying lotion (and left on my skin overnight) and once as an all-over wash-off mask when I wanted to deep cleanse my pores. I found noticeable fewer blackheads on my nose after about a month’s usage. I also broke out less frequently so I think this serum is really worth trying especially for people with acne-prone skin or clogged pores. I have used 3 bottles so far and really enjoyed it. One bottle lasts almost a year when used about twice weekly. The scent is very pleasant, it smells like the tropical fruit, lychee. I highly recommend this product!

It is an awesome exfoliator for large pores and blackheads. You will feel a slight bit of tingling when you first apply it. I don’t use it everyday, but if I need an efficient exfoliation then this is the good one I prefer.

I LOVE the reveal serum. It’s the only serum I’ve found that actually keeps my skin from breaking out. I’ve been using this since 2019 and since coronavirus has been causing backorders, I buy two bottles now and I still think the product is worth the wait and the money.
