HOW MUCH IS SHIPPING?
Shipping within the USA is free for orders over $250; otherwise there is a flat rate fee of $7.50.
For orders outside the USA, shipping is charged at a zone rate, depending on where the order is going.
DO YOU SHIP OVERSEAS?
Yes, with the exception of Australia, China, Hong Kong, Macau, New Zealand and the United Kingdom.
DO YOU INSURE SHIPMENTS?
Yes, all shipments are insured. Please let us know immediately if you do not receive your package as expected. NOTE: USPS does not pay insurance for products that have been ‘delivered’ according to tracking, if then stolen from your mail delivery site. We are not responsible for replacing orders lost in such circumstances.
HOW LONG DOES SHIPPING TAKE?
Orders are despatched from our Los Angeles facility within 1-2 business days and should arrive (within the continental US) within 2-3 business days from then. Sorry, we don’t ship overnight or by air.
CAN I TRACK MY ORDER?
Tracking information will be provided upon shipment at www.USPS.com. Any non-delivery of shipping is not our responsibility if the order is showing ‘delivered’ in tracking, and must be taken up with USPS. NOTE: USPS does not pay insurance for products that have been ‘delivered’ according to tracking, if then stolen from your mail delivery site.
